I work with a wide range of difficulties or concerns, offering therapeutic mental health support.
My relational developmental approach is inherently trauma informed. I support people affected by both 'big T' traumas - life changing, deeply distressing events - and the 'little t' traumas: repeated relational misses or hurts that accumulate over time. These often contribute to difficulties like low self-esteem, feeling out of place, anger, or depression.
I offer a space where your cultural background, identity, and lived experience are respected and valued. I understand how our histories, relationships, and environments shape who we are. Factors such as race, culture, heritage, sexuality, gender, and neurodiversity all intersect with our emotional well-being.
My practice is inclusive and attuned to these complexities. I work with care, curiosity, and respect for your whole experience — you’re welcome here just as you are.
